Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Warner Robins, GA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, optimizing revenue, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The General Manager will also be responsible for budget management, implementing policies, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business goals. Qualifications Excellent leadership and team management skillsStrong financial acumen, budget management, and revenue optimization skillsExceptional customer service and guest satisfaction skillsProficient in developing and implementing operational policiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in hotel management or a similar role is preferred
