General Sales Manager – UAE | Ali & Sons HoldingLead our sales teams and drive business growth! Ali & Sons Holding is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to oversee all sales operations across Retail, Fleet, and Pre-Owned divisions. This is a strategic leadership role for a results-driven professional who excels in team management, market analysis, and revenue growth.Purpose: To achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives through effective leadership, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales forecasts and business plans.Monitor and review monthly sales performance, productivity, and profitability across all divisions.Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and their teams to achieve targets.Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.Manage inventory levels and ensure timely acquisition and distribution of products.Develop strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer loyalty.Collaborate with marketing and other departments on campaigns, promotions, and events.Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and product quality.Audit processes and implement improvements to optimize sales performance.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldCertifications: Sales, Leadership, or Business Management certificationsExperience: Minimum 5–7 years in a managerial sales positionLanguages: English (mandatory), Arabic preferredSoftware: MS Office proficiencyJoin Ali & Sons Holding and be part of a team where leadership, strategy, and innovation drive success.
