Job Description

What You Will Do:Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Zonescorp, along with the pension and immigration systems in the UAE, specifically within Abu Dhabi (ICP) and Dubai (GDRFA).Handle all processes related to the visa management for employees and their families (dependents), ensuring compliance and efficiency.Facilitate the acquisition of visas for employee business trips, streamlining the process for international engagements.Undertake registration for the Emirati pension scheme, ensuring all employees are duly registered.Collect and disseminate updates regarding labor and immigration laws from government entities, keeping the HR department informed of any procedural or regulatory changes.Ensure the renewal and management of business permits, environmental licenses, and trade licenses, coordinating with government agencies for official approvals and permits.Represent the company in interactions with various government offices such as airports, embassies, police stations, ministries, JAFZA, and immigration offices in Zonescorp, ensuring effective representation in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Economy, and other relevant departments.Manage petty cash, ensuring effective and accountable cash handling procedures.What You Will Need:A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration or a related field.At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.Strong capabilities in liaising with government entities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.You Will Love This Job If:You enjoy navigating the complexities of government regulations and thrive on ensuring compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment.You value being at the forefront of change, keeping abreast of the latest developments in labor and immigration laws, and making a tangible impact on the organization's HR practices.
