This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing facility services, office support, logistics, and administrative coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate general office services including maintenance, repairs, supplies, and facility management.Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, utilities, and maintenance).Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes to ensure timely replenishment.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:2–4 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or general services.Experience managing vendors and procurement activities preferred.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of facilities systems and maintenance best practices.Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
