General Technician

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a General Technician at IntercityHotel Salalah. The General Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on hotel equipment and facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. Daily tasks will include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The General Technician will also respond to guest requests and emergencies related to maintenance and repair, and work closely with the hotel management team to ensure all maintenance needs are met in a timely manner.QualificationsExperience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenanceKnowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for hotel equipment and facilitiesProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
