General Warehouse Worker

At Go4 Sports Distribution, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who has a passion in skating. With a growing team, we require assistance in all areas of our business, including warehouse operations, and sales.The role will consist mainly of assisting our warehouse team in the picking and packing of orders, stock control, warehouse organisation, and other warehouse operations. There is an opportunity for the right individual to evolve this role, as they adapt and develop their skills and learn about other aspects of the business.With the right skills and knowledge, a role in the skating industry can be extremely rewarding!Your Role Will Consist Of, But Not Limited ToPicking & Packing Orders Stock Control: Assist in receiving shipments, counting, and putting away orders Product Knowledge: An understanding of skate products is not a requirement, but very favorable in this role Warehouse Organisation: Assisting in keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and tidy Occupational Health and Safety: Identifying and ensuring that the workplace is kept safe Customer Service: Answering phone calls from retailers, assisting with enquiries Work in a Team: Work alongside staff in administration, warehouse, and retail to ensure the needs of the business are met and staff satisfaction and morale are maintained Other tasks not identified: Working in a multi-faceted business will require flexibility and the ability to move throughout different areas, depending on the requirement. This role may evolve into assistance in the sales team, whereby the responsibilities would change.
