Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Cape Town for a General Worker. The General Worker will perform a variety of manual and operational tasks, ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the work environment. Duties include equipment handling, basic maintenance, loading and unloading of materials, assisting team members with ongoing projects, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines as established by the company. Qualifications Basic maintenance and equipment handling skillsAbility to perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materialsKnowledge of workplace safety practices and ability to follow operational proceduresStrong teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to collaborationAttention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining an organized workspaceRelevant work experience in a similar role is advantageousA high school diploma or equivalent is preferredPhysical stamina to fulfill the responsibilities of the roleWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed
