Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Manager will be part of the Visa Consulting & Analytics team in GCC and NALP which delivers high impact consulting, analytics, and data science projects to our clients across MENA. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing practice to work on consulting projects, develop detailed analyses, derive relevant insights, and shape clients’ strategiesPrincipal responsibilities include:Structure and/or lead parts of or a full consulting projectExecute different project steps according to an agreed project delivery framework/approachConduct data analysis using Visa and/or client or external data to understand client challenges, needs, etc. and to derive insights and recommendations based on this data. Conduct benchmarking and market research as requiredRun project work streams on a day-to-day basis, including conducting research and data analysis and synthesizing them to develop insights and recommendationsWork closely with the engagement manager and client representative to deliver the projectsAssume full project management responsibility for the assigned project or parts and be the primary liaison with the client and internal stakeholders for project updatesProvide client implementation supportInteract with client counterparts throughout the different phases of the project deliverySupport Directors / Senior Directors in developing hypotheses, contribute to conclusions and assist other senior team members in presenting back to the clientHelp develop and deliver client training programs and impart best practices knowledge sharing to Visa clientsSupport knowledge sharing with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clientsSupport the development of Visa Consulting & Analytics thought leadership materialCarrying out other ad hoc support, support other functions and teams within Visa, and work on internal projectsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsIdeally 6 years + of experience in consulting/ financial services/ payments industryBachelor's degree or equivalent. MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plusConsulting experience gained within either a strategy house, a Big 4 firm or an in-house strategy function of a financial institution is a plusStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComprehensive reporting and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityRelationship management skills – should be able to manage internal and external stakeholdersAn ability to collect and utilize business and industry trend information and to analyze this information effectively by applying numerical and strategic analysis techniquesExpertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPointGroup facilitation and presentation skillsFrequent travel requiredFluent in French and EnglishAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
