Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentResponsibilitiesUnderstand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customerAnalyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for complianceExamine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format dailyIdentify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for actionGive feedback for policies/tools/processes improvementsGain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned toTrain other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the managerPerform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are metUphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactionsWillingness to learn and work on a dynamic projectQualifications we seek in youMinimum QualificationsAny Graduate (PG an added advantage)Freshers are eligibleFluent in Read/Write in EnglishPreferred qualificationsEffective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skillsProblem solving skills with customer centric approachMust be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)What can we offer?Attractive salary.
