The Role We're looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to support our Finance function in a flexible, part-time capacity. You'll handle reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, process payroll, ensure ERP data accuracy, assist with month-end reporting, track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts and conduct other tasks related to finance. As a lean, growth-stage team, accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership matter.
What You’ll Bring ✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience ✔ Strong ERP proficiency (Acumatica experience a major asset) ✔ Excellent at recording data with the ability to produce clear financial reports ✔ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) ✔ Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail oriented ✔ Reliability, discretion, and attention to detail ✨ Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plusSchedule & Location This is a flexible contract role with 4 to 10 hours per week, based on business needs. You'll work remotely most of the time but must be able to commute to our Barrie office at least once a week.
