Geodetic Engineer

Location: Tirana / in the field (depending on project requirements)Contract Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: October 24, 2025GR Albania is looking for a Geodetic Engineer to join our growing team!This position involves planning and performing topographic and geodetic surveys in the field, processing collected data, and preparing final deliverables (maps, digital terrain models, as-built drawings) according to technical standards and project requirements in the infrastructure, construction, and environmental sectors.Main Responsibilities:Plan and perform geodetic and topographic field measurements;Establish benchmarks, reference networks, and perform accuracy control;Process survey data using relevant software and prepare technical reports;Develop DTM/DSM, contour lines, longitudinal/cross sections, and calculate volumes;Prepare as-built drawings and “as-constructed” documentation;Collaborate with design, supervision, and environmental teams while ensuring compliance with project deadlines, quality, and safety standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Geodesy, Topography, or a related field;Minimum 3 years of experience in field surveying and data processing;Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D / ArcGIS or similar software;Strong understanding of coordinate systems and accuracy standards;Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills;Category B driver’s license;Willingness to travel for fieldwork.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water supply/sewerage, energy, etc.);Good command of technical English.How to Apply:Please send your updated CV and any relevant certificates to:hr@gralbania.com
