Job Description

Due to continued business growth, Georgiou is seeking a passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. You’ll play a key role in partnering with stakeholders to identify skills and capability needs while designing and delivering learning solutions that support both business and employee growth. This position is for 22-24 hours per week. You’ll have the flexibility to spread your hours across 3, 4, or 5 days — we’re open to what works best for you. Reporting to the Learning & Indigenous Engagement Manager, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain internal training courses and competency-based programsCoordinate graduate, cadet, and mentoring programs across the businessPartner with HR Advisors and Business Units to identify capability needs and learning strategiesFacilitate training, team-building sessions, and planning forumsDevelop and deliver engaging e-learning contentManage Learning Management System (LMS) records and reportingSupport the design and implementation of skills and competency frameworksBuild meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including RTOs and agenciesYou’ll BringWhat you’re good at:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver engaging, relevant content in a classroom settingProven experience in a similar role within an in-house or RTO environmentProven ability to design and facilitate engaging, competency-based training programs and frameworksSkilled in designing, developing, and implementing e-learning courses using relevant softwareExperience in identifying training needs and analysing capability gapsCertificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or working towards it)This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping people grow, who thrives on building strong relationships, and enjoys shaping practical, people-focused learning solutions in a dynamic environmentYour Application Will Be Prioritised If You HaveExperience supporting Indigenous engagement programs and upskilling initiativesExperience in construction, civil engineering, or similar industry environmentsWhat Georgiou’s good at?
