Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.As a Team Leader-Geoservices, you will be responsible for:Acting as the subsurface focal point for UK well construction operations for external and internal stakeholdersCollaborating with the Well Construction business segment with advising customers on Baker Hughes technology to help improve subsurface understanding based on customer requirements during operational planningEngage with other groups in the Baker Hughes organisation to ensue appropriate subsurface professional support is available when required.Identifying opportunities where other GaffneyCline energy advisory disciplines may be impactful to the customers businessSupport business development including identifying upsell opportunities and proposal preparationParticipate in industry events and presentations to expand the GaffneyCline energy advisory brandFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelors degree in Geology, Engineering or related discipline with significant Subsurface experienceHave at least 10 years' experience in Engineering/Technology. Geoservices or Subsurface or Petroleum Engineering or Production Engineering background is welcomed.Demonstrate working knowledge of discipline topics (Production Technology or Petroleum Engineering) and ability to speak with clients about discipline applications.Be able to communication at all levels within the organisation and effectively influence others with and without authorityHave the ability to work across disciplines and co-ordinate across several projectsBe able to work both independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teamsHave excellent written and verbal undefined skills and be fluent in EnglishBe highly motivated with excellent analytical and interpersonal skillsA valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required (please indicate clearly on your resume)Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
