A Mastery Consulting , com mais de 30 anos de experiência no mercado de soluções e serviços especializados em TI , está em busca de um Gerente de Projetos Sênior focado em Governança e Novas Demandas para atuar em um de nossos clientes globais para inicio imediato com duracão mínima de 6 meses e possibilidade de ser contratado pelo nosso cliente.Atuará Em Modalidade Hibrida (1 a 2 Vezes Presencial Por Semana - Região Do Vale Do Paraiba Em São Paulo)Experiência mínima de 6 anos na Gestão de Projetos em Governança, Novas Demandas e Desenvolvimento de Aplicações.Inglês FluenteModalidade PJHibrido - região Vale do Paraíba, Sâo PauloJob PurposeThe Governance & New Demands Lead will be responsible for managing new business demands and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring structured prioritization, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless integration into the existing landscape.This position requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility, guaranteeing that all new implementations and improvements follow best practices and do not introduce risks into the environment.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Demand Management: Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools, working with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery.Service Introduction & Handover to Operations: Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations, coordinating with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring that requirements are well understood and implemented in a structured manner.Process Standardization: Establish and enforce standardized procedures for demand management, governance, and service transitions.Performance & Reporting: Track and report on the efficiency of governance and demand management processes, providing insights to leadership for continuous refinement.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new demands and operational governance.Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external partners to ensure governance best practices are followed in outsourced services.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, DevOps).Strong familiarity with processes such as Lean 6 sigma, Green Belt, Scrum.Familiarity with SAP landscapes, especially SAP Central Finance and SAP PaPM.Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.Experience With Customer Success Capabilities.Experience with reporting and analytics tools for tracking demand and governance performance.Social SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams.Negotiation and facilitation skills to align multiple stakeholders.Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership without technical language (adaptative).Personal CompetenciesStrategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently.Favor enviar CV somente no Formato em Inglês mencionando remuneração pretendida na modalidade PJ.Empresa: Mastery ConsultingEmail: ******Assunto no email: PM -NOV25
