What Success Looks Like In This RoleManages the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines, budget, margins, SLAs, KPIs, OKRs, and quality specifications.Leads and/or supports the implementation of incident management and business process redesign.Creates appropriate opportunities for mentoring, feedback, training, and development to help team members reach their full potential.Use a collaborative work style that emphasizes teamwork.Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in Unisys ClearPath environments.Builds and maintains good relationships with customers.You will be successful in this role if you have:Location: Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX), Monterrey, or Guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required.
