Requirements Description and Requirements CX Support Specialist – Relocation to BulgariaPlease note that the position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and we provide support with relocation.The CX Support Specialist will be a part of a great team and all together will: Deliver outstanding client service Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction Identify and understand user needs Assist with general inquiries via phone, e-mail, and chatThe candidate does not need to have experience in a similar role but should be fluent in Spanish, German,French, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, or Nordics, have a good command of English (B1-B2), and have excellentcommunication skills.We offer: We can issue a Work Permit for non-EU citizens.Our Work Permit Specialists will guide all selected candidates through the process (it might take 6-7months, and they will have to visit the Bulgarian embassy in their country, or the nearest embassyauthorized to handle Bulgarian work permits, at least twice to submit and receive the documents.)
