In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value for our select group of high-value clients. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of customer segmentation, promotional strategies, and player behavior in iGaming, with a data-driven, results-focused approach. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at turning data into impactful marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities✅ Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.✅ Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze personalized multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.✅ Player Lifecycle Management: Optimize the player journey, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement strategies.✅ Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize data analytics to segment the player database and deliver tailored communications based on behavior and preferences.✅ Promotions & Loyalty Programs: Design and manage promotional campaigns, bonus offers, and loyalty programs to maximize player lifetime value.✅ Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key KPIs, and generate insights to improve customer engagement.✅ A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to optimize email subject lines, content, offers, and timing for improved conversion rates.✅ Automation & Optimization: Leverage CRM tools to automate workflows and enhance efficiency in communication strategies.✅ Compliance & Responsible Gaming: Ensure all CRM activities align with industry regulations, GDPR, and responsible gaming guidelines.✅ Creative Briefing & Coordination – Work with the Creative team to brief in assets needed to support CRM campaigns, ensuring engaging and effective communication.✅ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Data Analytics, to drive an integrated player experience.Qualifications🔹2+ years of experience in a CRM role within the iGaming industry (Casino, Sportsbook, Poker, Bingo, etc.). - Must🔹Strong understanding of player behavior, retention strategies, and loyalty programs in iGaming. - Must🔹Hands-on experience with email marketing, push notifications, SMS marketing, and customer segmentation. - Must🔹Proficiency in CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, or similar platforms. - Must🔹Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and campaign performance metrics. - Must🔹Experience with A/B testing, campaign automation, and lifecycle marketing. - Preferred🔹Knowledge of GDPR, responsible gaming regulations, and industry compliance standard. - Preferred🔹Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a growth mindset . - Preferred🔹Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders. - Preferred🔹A creative mindset for developing campaign materials and engaging customer communications. - Preferred🔹Fluent English/mother tongue (written and spoken)- Must.🔹German speaker- Must.If you are passionate about iGaming and have a knack for engaging customers through data-driven CRM strategies, we’d love to hear from you! Send your CV to: Reut@savvyhillmarketing.com
