Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Türkiye for a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service in German. Additional responsibilities include recording and managing customer data, ensuring prompt solutions, and collaborating with other team members to improve service quality.
