Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated German Speaking Support Center Analyst to enhance our growing team! In this role, you will be the frontline support for our German-speaking clientele, helping to resolve inquiries and providing excellent service to ensure client satisfaction.As a Support Center Analyst, you will utilize your language proficiency along with your problem-solving skills to assist clients via multiple platforms including phone, email, and chat.
