German Speaking Travel Agent (Remote in Greece)

We are seeking a Remote Travel Agent to provide top-notch support to travelers, assisting them with booking inquiries, reservations, and travel-related questions. This position is fully remote within Greece and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.This role is purely support-oriented — there are no sales or upselling responsibilities. You’ll join a collaborative, dynamic team dedicated to creating seamless experiences for travelers.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance: Help German-speaking travelers with booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations across multiple communication channels.Problem Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues to ensure a smooth and positive experience.Booking Guidance: Offer clear instructions and support to help travelers navigate reservations and travel plans.Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues and supervisors to maintain service standards and share best practices.What We’re Looking ForLanguages: Fluent German (C1+) and proficient English (B2+)Experience: Prior experience in customer service, travel support, or related roles is an advantage but not required.Customer Focused: Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.Technical Comfort: Ability to work with computers and multiple communication tools; all necessary equipment will be provided by the company.Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural, remote environment.Location Requirement: Must be based in Greece.
