Customer Service Officer (Dental)

Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer (Dental) to join our dynamic team at Getz Healthcare (Hong Kong) Limited. As a fulltime team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our dental team.

What you'll be doingRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and deliveryAddress customer complaints or concerns, such as defective products, delivery delays, or incorrect shipmentsSupport promotional campaigns by informing customers about discounts or new product launchesCommunicate with the sales administration team to check stock levels for dental consumables and equipmentNotify customers of backordered items and provide estimated restocking timelinesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaintsRegularly review the status of service reportsCollaborate with the Sales Administrators, Sales Executives and Technicians as a team to identify issues in daily operation to drive efficiencies and continuous improvementsHandle ad hoc assignments and other duties as requiredWhat we're looking forForm 5 or above with customer service / call center experienceAt least one year of experience in handling customer complaints, preferably in retail or hospitality sectorsExperience of using “WhatsApp” to communicate with customers will be definitely an advantageProven track record of providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive attitudeGood command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & MandarinImmediate available is highly preferredWhat we offer5-day work, Bank holidays + Birthday leaveMNC with competitive compensation packageEmployee recognition and rewardsSupportive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaborationGroup Medical, Life & Accidental Insurance Coverage
