Job Description

Job Summary: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and commercialization of Neuropsychiatry products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement product strategies, launch plans, and product lifecycle management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product launch plans for new products, including market research, product positioning, and messaging. Conduct competitive analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Work with R&D teams to ensure timely and effective development of new products, from ideation to commercialization.

Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and successful product registrations. Create and manage product lifecycle management plans, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient groups to ensure customer needs are being met. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product training and promotional programs. Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to optimize product strategies. Required Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing. A strong understanding of Neuropsychiatry therapeutic areas is essential. Strong understanding of the neuropsychiatry market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of developing and launching successful neuropsychiatry products. Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial SkillsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to interpret clinical trial data and medical literatureStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with product lifecycle management and forecasting.
