Business Analyst will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis of business processes. Main tasks will include collecting and describing the functional requirements of the customer, defining the concept of the system and its documentation. This role will also involve preparing the specifications for development teams and change management requirements, verification and validation of business processes. Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience as Business Analyst• Very good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Basic knowledge of SQL database• Very good command of English• Knowledge of diagrams and systems’ architecture• Experience in conducting workshops and presentations• Experience of being a part of software development teamNice to have: • Experience in investment banking• Experience in software engineering area• Experience with JIRA• Knowledge of IT systems development methodologies (preferably Agile)We offer:
