PLATFORM OPERATIONS DIRECORLocation: ASEAN SUPER LAE Headquarters, 20 Trương Dinh Street, Ho Chi Minh City.Benefit : Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and premium benefits (insurance, travel, etc.).Access to international training programs and work at ASEAN’s most advanced R&D center (500,000 m² near Tan Son Nhat Airport).  Work in a multinational, innovative, and pioneering global LAE ecosystem. _________________________________Role DescriptionOversee and optimize the operations of the LAE platform, ensuring seamless integration of services (UOaaS, A3S, DaaS), infrastructure (UTM, vertiports), and data (NDT15, AI analytics), meeting SLA ≥99% uptime and global strategic objectives. + Oversee end-to-end operations of UOaaS, A3S, DaaS services, ensuring compliance with SLAs (precision/recall ≥0.9, turnaround time of 1–24h for corridor security, 24–48h for portfolio analytics). Coordinate the deployment and operation of LAE infrastructure (vertiports, UTM/BVLOS corridors, ground sensors), ensuring integration with Fleet OS/Data OS. + Ensure data flow from edge preprocessing to data lakes, supporting AI analytics to generate KPIs, work orders, and forecasts for 16+ sectors/72+ subsectors. + Establish SOPs and monitor compliance with safety, security, and certification regulations for the operations team (600+ specialists).  + Collaborate with stakeholders (government, CT Group, global partners) to deploy 600+ applications/services, ensuring quality and scalability. ___________________________________Requirement Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, IT, Systems Management, or related fields.Minimum 05 years of experience in high-tech operations management, ideally in aviation, UAV, or data technology.Deep understanding of UTM, BVLOS, AI analytics, and Industry 4.0 infrastructure. - Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder negotiation skills. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).Preferred certifications in UAV operations management, cybersecurity, or LAE related fields.Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commitment to service quality.______________________________________Liên hệ Hằng (zl) 0707 669 131
