Job Description

HR OFFICER – TALENT ACQUISITIONRecruitment : Advertise staff vacancies (Internal and External), assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments. Reviewing CVs, Employee referral check; Selection of candidates. Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers. Collaborate in Career fair activity. Updating the vacancies and provide the summary report to related party on weekly basis. Updating the turnover and provide the summary report to line manager on monthly basis. Updating the vacancies and Job advertise on Facebook. Employer Branding: Create content to promote employer branding through social media platform.

Edit picture or video material to promote employer branding. Being a role model by conduct ETHOS with in their work and encourage employee to do so. Execute Store visit activity (Domestic and Internal branches) in order to collect people working experience and report to HR Manager. Preparing other recruitment material such as brochures and further particularsAdministration : Administrative and maintain the personal records of employees (Staff wise) and prepare associated report including Summary report of Referral Program (Bring a Friend) Incentive, Probation Reminder and Staff Confirmation (or Probation Extension).

Prepare Employment Contract, Asset request, E-mail announcement (Welcome mail)Conduct Contract signing and document collectingCreate Staff Document folder and hand over to Compensation and Benefit teamManage In-coming and Out-going documents in Recruitment areaQualifications: Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written (English)Ability to manage work in an efficient and timely mannerAbility to work well under stress and time pressuresGood analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office. Able to use photo and video editing program (is profitable)Creative thinkingSocial media knowledge
