Join us to be part of our dynamic and growing network!About the Role & Our ClientOur client offers a digital tipping solution that enables secure, fast, and trackable gratuity payments via credit card in restaurants and cafes across Turkey. As the team rapidly expands, we are hiring “Hunters” to accelerate market growth within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, service industries) sector. Key ResponsibilitiesNew client acquisition: Conduct structured prospecting and cold face-to-face visits to introduce the product and close deals (offline and online), conduct cold calls. Account development: Drive upsell opportunities and increase usage frequency and transaction volume. Client onboarding:
Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams to ensure smooth client integration. Reporting: Maintain accurate activity and KPI tracking using CRM, Google Sheets or Excel. Market insights: Collect and report feedback regarding objections, product needs, and customer experiences. Sales targets: Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals. QualificationsExperience in the HoReCa sector (sales or business development in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or suppliers). Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach. Analytical thinker with quick learning and insight generation capabilities. Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. B2 level English proficiency will be an advantage (interviews will be conducted in English).
What We OfferCompetitive compensation: 58,000 TL gross monthly salary + performance-based bonus (compensation can vary depending on experience of the candidate).
