A job that matters: Your Tasks Define and improve Quality Gates process. Ensure Quality & Transparency across Portfolio Delivery. Train and support BRMs and PMs how to prepare for the Quality Gates and support BRMs and PMs in keeping Bee4IT projects up to date. Lead Program and Projects. Lead and manage Quality Gate meetings. Review projects ready for closure and update them in Bee4IT. Provide guidance to PMs and BRMs to ensure adherence to the Portfolio governance. Maintain Quality Gates confluence pages. A n experience that matters: Your Skills Previous experience in Portfolio Quality Management. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management. Experience in the application of delivery methodology, advanced status reporting and the definition of Quality Assurance standards for project/portfolio delivery. Experience in the management of Quality Gates on IT Portfolios. Computer Science university degree or equivalent.
