Job Title: IT Operations Manager (Band 2. 5)Location: Grimbergen, Belgium (On Site)Contract: Freelance 1 year (Extendable)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead a team of IT professionals and oversee operational excellence in line with global IT standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and a customer-first mindset.

Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations and Team LeadershipProven experience managing Field Support Engineers and IT Support EngineersStrong knowledge of support processes and team developmentHands-on experience with Vendor Service ManagementProficiency in ITIL practices; certification is a plusFluency in English, French, and Dutch (written and spoken)Ability to work independently with a proactive and structured approachStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindsetSolid understanding of:

IT InfrastructureChange ManagementBasic Networking and Server conceptsComfortable using Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platformsRoles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver IT operational excellence aligned with ITIL best practices and customer-specific standardsMonitor and manage service delivery performance with a strong focus on employee experienceUnderstand and oversee: The Site: Infrastructure, IT challenges, network topology, and business processesThe Services: Key contacts, service responsibilitiesThe Employees: Their needs, challenges, and tech engagementLead change execution and manage IMAC activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional and external teams to resolve both simple and complex IT operations issuesDrive a culture of End-to-End accountability, promoting:
