GL Accountant (H/F/X)

We are looking for a GL Accountant (H/F/X), for our client, an industrial company in Geneva, to join its international finance team for a permanent role:MissionYou manage the full general ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings under IFRS standards.You participate in the preparation of financial statements and collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.You support the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and internal controls across entities.You contribute to the analysis and reconciliation of accounts, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.You work closely with various departments including controlling, tax, and treasury to ensure financial data consistency.You ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS, staying current with evolving accounting standards.ProfileYou hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with solid experience in general ledger activities.You are familiar with IFRS and have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.You are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing deadlines in a dynamic international environment.You have experience working with ERP systems and are confident navigating large volumes of financial data.You enjoy working cross-functionally and thrive in a structured, process-driven finance team.Are you interested by this role?Please submit your application online.
