It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionMonitoring Suspense & Sundry Regularly review and monitor suspense accounts ,which temporarily hold transactions awaiting proper classification. Identify the reasons for transactions remaining in suspense and resolve discrepancies promptlyTransfer funds from suspense accounts to appropriate ledger accounts one correct allocation is determined.Oversee these accounts periodically to avoid discrepancies or outdated entries.Monitoring Nostro accountsTo perform monitoring in RECs to ensure timely and proper reconciliation of Ledger entries and Statement entries by the respective Recon Owners.To ensure prompt follow-up with respective Recon Owners on outstanding and unidentified items.To review the Monthly Outstanding Items Report for any the explanation provided by Recon Owner and ensure items which required explanations are provided. To follow up where further clarifications are needed promptly.Prepare Reconciliation nostro report.Manual journal entry Perform manual journal entry from other unit with no authorized to access to SAP.Checking and posting manual journal accrual division.Prepare & Posting Amortize of prepaid ExpenseBalance substantiations Perform monthly balance substantiations for auto reconciliation and assigned manual GLReview balance substantiations with supporting documentJob Requirement Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Accounting Technical Skills:Ability to perform Nostro reconciliation &Strong communication and coordination skills with teams & Related UnitAbility to work under tight deadlines.Familiarity with SAP module and AccountingAdditional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
