Glass & Aluminium Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Glass & Aluminium Manager to lead our operations and drive excellence in project delivery. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing fabrication, installation, and team management across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with experience in a multi-cultural production environment and can communicate effectively at all levels. All applications must meet the following requirements: •    A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, such as aSite Supervisor or Project Manager•    Overseeing and managing projects, from initial planning to completion•    Leading and supervising a team of glazers and fabricators•    Ensuring high standards of quality and safety•    Managing logistics and streamlining operations•    Building and maintaining client relationships•    Fabricating and assembling glass and aluminium for residential and commercial projects.•    Proven experience in glass and aluminium fabrication, and Knowledge of relevant safety standards and building regulations•    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings•    Proficiency in reading window schedules, plans, and shop drawings•    Comfortable in a high-pressure environment•    A relevant technical or trade qualification, such as a Cert III in Glazing, may be required Attractive Remuneration Package on OfferTerms and Conditions will be discussed during the interviewONLY experienced people need to apply. Please drop your updated CV with References to our Reception located at Kina Bank Compound I Cameron Road Waigani, N.C.D, orEmail: qualitygrouprecruitment@gmail.com ATTN: Recruitment Consultant, Quality GroupApplications close Friday, 28th November 2025.
