Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible and familiar with front desk duties including greeting customers, handling customers’ enquiries and complaints and records keepingProvide administrative support to the guestsEnsure smooth operations of the reception areaHost service committee meetings with other departmentsCommunicate with related vendors on system requirement and enhancementHost customer service trainingSupervise junior Assistant Guest Relations OfficerRequirementsDegree or diploma holder, preferably in hotel or tourism managementAt least 2 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industryPeople-oriented with full commitment to customer serviceProactive and able to work under high pressureGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseProficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processingWilling to work on shiftCandidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Relations OfficerGleneagles always prioritizes staff’s well-being and work-life balance.
