Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Grud.
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and handling day-to-day HR management activities. The role involves ensuring that the hospital's HR practices comply with regulations, supporting recruitment processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications Experience in HR Management and HR OperationsStrong skills in Employee Relations and HR PoliciesComprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
