We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator for a residential project in Coolock, Co Dublin.
Key Responsibilities And DutiesManage the day to day running of the site officeGeneral administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arisingConduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queriesLiaise with Procurement departmentManage anomalies and cost the hours in TAG in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every two weeksReport weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partnersMaintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholdersOther ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to timeRequirementsMust have a third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/ Civil Engineering /Building Surveying or other related areaRelevant experience in a civil engineering or construction roleFull understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of PracticeFull understanding of construction sequence of worksTechnically strong with excellent communication skillsOur Values Collaborative:
