More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.ABOUT US:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the global accounts payable (AP) operations for the company, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all incoming invoice and payments. This role is responsible for leading a team of AP professionals, streamlining processes, and maintaining robust relationships with internal departments. The Global AP Manager will work to optimize financial processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and play a key role in reporting and managing the company’s cash flow.THE CHALLENGE:Manage Global Accounts Payable Operations: Oversee the accounts payable function across multiple regions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Vendor & Data Management: Maintain and govern vendor master data within ERP system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Process Improvement & System management: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounts payable systems and tools, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX), accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to accounts payable and payments.Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a global team of accounts payable professionals across various regions and time zones.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Treasury, Tax, Procurement, IT and FP&A to resolve issues related to payments, contracts, and vendor terms. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement in the accounts payable function.ABOUT YOU:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable management, with a focus on global operations.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient user of MS D365 or any other ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Additional InformationThe minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
