Be part of it and shape your world.About The RoleOur Asset Management team keeps Alcoa’s global operations running at their best - driving efficiency, minimising downtime, and ensuring safe, reliable performance across every site. We’re now looking for a Global Asset Management Systems Lead to elevate this work by championing best‑practice asset systems, strengthening master data governance, and advancing performance insights through powerful, data‑driven reporting.As a key specialist in this space, you will support system solution strategies, integrations, real‑time data connections, system health monitoring, and the development of data‑integration dashboards for maintenance, engineering, and reliability applications across the enterprise.In this role, you will:Lead the Asset Management team to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of asset management systems and processes across all sites and functions.Maintain and improve master data standards to support compliance with the Asset Management Framework and drive productivity and cost improvements.Develop maintenance KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to provide clear visibility of operational performance for asset owners and managers.Optimise and configure asset management systems including CMMS, MES, predictive tools, and engineering applications to align with evolving business and analytical needs.Analyse asset and maintenance data to generate insights that guide global work management optimisation and future improvement strategies.Act as the central liaison across functional groups to support system integrations, digital transformation initiatives, connected worker solutions, and proactive system health monitoring.What’s On OfferAttractive remuneration and variable bonus plan.Flexible hybrid working options available.Employee growth and development opportunities.Parental leave support for all caregivers.Alcoa Live Well program offering travel, lifestyle, health and wellbeing discounts.Salary packaging for a novated car lease, employee share plan and superannuation options.What You Can Bring To The RoleTertiary qualifications in Software Engineering or a related discipline.Substantial experience in engineering or MES environments within heavy industry, specialising in data analytics.Proven ability to engage, influence, coach, and lead diverse teams, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong technical capability with the ability to rapidly translate business processes into user‑friendly applications, working effectively across multiple disciplines and applying robust project management practices.Demonstrated critical thinking, creativity, initiative, and a strong understanding of business strategy.A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adjust hours as needed to engage with global teams across different time zones.Additional InformationPlease ensure to submit your resume in English to be considered.Interviews may progress prior to the closing date, although all applications will be considered.You will only be contacted if you are shortlisted for an interview, this process can take up to four weeks from the closing date.Be part of shaping our organisation and join us in building a legacy of excellence for future generations.About the LocationAlcoa is an international company with multiple locations and joint ventures across six continents.
