Global Assistant Brand & Innovation Manager (Agrocorp | Herbyvore)Reports to: Business Unit Head Location: SingaporeAbout the RoleAs Global Assistant Brand & Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Herbyvore — Agrocorp’s plant-based and functional ingredient brand. You will be at the intersection of consumer insight, innovation strategy, brand storytelling, and regional activation, helping to scale the brand globally through purposeful, science-backed innovation.This role suits a strategic marketer and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for food innovation, wellness, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningSupport the creation and refinement of Herbyvore’s global brand identity and purpose across B2B and B2C channels.Translate consumer insights and emerging food trends into innovation pipelines and positioning frameworks.Manage brand architecture, packaging design, and visual identity harmonization across regions.Innovation & Product DevelopmentCo-lead ideation and concept validation for new product formats (e.g., protein powders, starch blends, fiber-enriched ingredients).Collaborate with R&D on prototype development, sensory testing, and claim substantiation.Build “Reason-to-Believe” (RTB) toolkits linking ingredient science to consumer benefits.Marketing & CommunicationDevelop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, PR) for global and local market activation.Lead storytelling and creative asset development — emphasizing sustainability, taste, and health.Manage global content calendars and coordinate translation/localization for multilingual audiences.Market Insight & Performance TrackingAnalyze consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitor strategies.Support the development of annual brand scorecards and marketing performance reviews.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Commercial, R&D, and Operations to ensure brand consistency from concept to shelf.Drive alignment across regulatory, innovation, and marketing workstreams.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Food Science.3–6 years’ experience in FMCG, nutrition, or food ingredient marketing.Proven experience in brand communication, product innovation, or category development.Strong project management and creative problem-solving abilities.Fluent in English; proficiency in another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Korean) is highly valued.Passionate about plant-based, sustainable, or functional nutrition categories.Why Join UsAt Herbyvore, you’ll help redefine how the world eats — combining science, sustainability, and storytelling.
