Global Associates is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and capital-raising-driven General Partner to help build the next generation advisory and investment firm in the Nordics. You will play a central role in shaping our strategy, leading transactions, and developing relationships with investors and entrepreneurs. 💼 About the Role As a General Partner with us, you will:

Lead the sourcing, execution, and follow-up of Private Equity and M&A transactionsAct as a strategic key player in the firm’s long-term developmentBuild and maintain relationships with LPs, investors, advisors, and target companiesActively participate in fundraising and represent the firm externallyBuild and lead high-performing teams within selected sectors or regionsHold P&L responsibility for selected projects or business areas🧠 We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

10+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, M&A, or a similar senior roleA proven track record of successful transactions and/or fundraisingA strong network within the Nordic and/or European investment communityAn entrepreneurial profile with the ability to build, scale, and lead a businessHigh integrity, strategic thinking, and leadership skillsFluency in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is highly meritorious🌍 About Global Associates Global Associates is an independent advisory and investment firm focused on Private Equity, M&A, and strategic consulting.
