You light the way.More About The RoleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Global B2B Marketing Excellence Manager in our office in Amsterdam with Signify.We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global B2B Marketing Excellence Manager to drive marketing performance, efficiency, and capability across our B2B marketing organization.This role is critical in setting and optimizing best-in-class marketing processes, tools, and frameworks to enable scalable and measurable growth. You will work cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, operations, and digital teams to ensure excellence in execution, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & PlanningEquip marketing teams with skills and processes to execute data-driven, customer-centric strategies that align with business objectives.Strengthen Core Marketing CompetenciesImprove essential skills such as product and channel mkt, develop playbooks.Partner with regional and global teams to share best practices and promote marketing maturity across the organization.Process & Capability DevelopmentEstablish and maintain standardized marketing processes, tools, and templates.Identify gaps and lead training and enablement initiatives to improve marketing team capabilities.Performance Measurement & InsightsDefine and track key marketing KPIs and dashboards to measure effectiveness.Lead the quarterly review marketing planning process, ensuring alignment across global and local teams.Marketing Technology & AutomationCollaborate with the marketing operations team to evaluate and enhance the martech stack (e.g., CRM, automation, analytics tools).Drive adoption of AI, marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices.Governance & ComplianceEnsure marketing activities are compliant with internal governance frameworksOptimize existing processes and file into quality system frameworkMore About YouWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a marketing operations or excellence role.Proven ability to manage complex Marketing transformation projects, implement scalable processes and build capabilities for Marketing Managers.Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing metrics and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Tableau) would be appreciated.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English as well as good stakeholder management skills.Experience working in matrixed or global organizations is a plus.Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales-marketing alignment.This role is a single role with no team to manage.
