About AXIS-YAXIS-Y is a fast-growing global skincare brand redefining K-Beauty through climate-conscious innovation.With distribution in 70+ countries worldwide, we are expanding our presence in the GCC region — strengthening relationships with partners and driving sustainable global growth.We are seeking a Global Sales Assistant (GCC Region) to support our international sales operations, manage communications with partners, and ensure smooth logistics and documentation processes. Sales Operations & Order ManagementProcess purchase orders and ensure accuracy in export documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipments.Track inventory, payments, and delivery timelines across multiple platforms.Maintain and update internal sales trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.2. Partner Communication & Market SupportServe as the primary point of contact for GCC distributors and clients.Provide accurate updates on order status, product availability, and pricing.Support the onboarding of new partners and maintain professional relationships with existing ones.Conduct basic market research and competitor monitoring to support sales strategies.3. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and market trends.Assist in preparing sales presentations, documents, and marketing materials for partners.Support administrative tasks related to export operations and coordination between internal teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.1+ year of experience in international sales, export, or logistics (beauty/FMCG industry preferred).Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken).Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Google Workspace tools preferred.Understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
