If you thrive on solvingimpossible problems and want to leave your mark on the blockchain revolution, this is youropportunity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES●Design blueprints for scalable DEXs with derivatives (futures/perps) and top-quartileTPS.●Architect interoperable omnichain networks with liquidity solutions and novelconsensus models.●Lead the Megan Stablecoin project (utility, profitability, on-chain yield strategies).●Deliver 24+ page technical reports with diagrams, charts, and actionable schematics.●Execute projects hands-on as a lead developer or research guide for engineeringteams.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS✔️ 5+ years in blockchain protocol development or DeFi architecture (GitHub/proof required).✔️ Mastery of DEX design, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic security.✔️ Proven ability to translate research into production-grade code (show past deployments).✔️ Experience with high-frequency trading systems or derivatives markets (CeFi/DeFi).✔️ Technical writing skills for whitepapers, blueprints, and audit-ready documentation.✔️ Eraser.io or similar for architectural diagrams; data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js).NICE-TO-HAVE●PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or Quantitative Finance.●Experience with ZK-proofs, MEV mitigation, or cross-chain messaging (e.g.,LayerZero).●Multilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).Why Join Us?1.
