Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies aligned with market insights and partner requirements, all while shaping the environments that bring the LEGO® story to life in our Retail and Office locations!Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesAs the Global Category Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies that align with market insights, partner requirements, and value-add potentials for LEGO® interior fit-out projects across the Retail and Workplace real estate portfolio. More specifically, you willEnsure the seamless execution of fit-out projects on a global scale.Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with global partners, including designers, project managers, general contractors, and furniture suppliers.Advance our sustainability objectives by effectively influencing and collaborating with our global supply network.Drive the aggregation of global spending to maximize the LEGO Group’s purchasing power and enhance its value proposition.Develop and sustain a diverse global supplier network, focusing on contracting, negotiations, relationship management, risk assessment, and supplier performance.Leverage supplier expertise to foster innovation and improve productivity while building strong executive partnerships.Occasionally travel to various LEGO locations.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) Procurement organization spans across multiple areas of spends, covering all ELT areas. IM&S is responsible for procuring Facilities, Construction, IT/Digital, Professional Services and Distribution.This is a critical role within the Facility Management & Real Estate Procurement Team where your expertise will not only create value but also contribute to creating the environments where our employees work and our customers engage with the LEGO brand. This role offers a unique opportunity as a Procurement Partner to support the future of LEGO's physical spaces, ensuring they reflect our values of creativity, collaboration, and sustainability.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate comes with an educational degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or an equivalent field, but most importantly, you bring5+ years of procurement experience gained in multinational environments.Deep understanding and proven experience in Global Fit-Out Projects.Excellence in proactively leading and delivering multiple projects successfully.High level of expertise in contract management and tendering processes.Strong ability to work across multiple functions and a matrixed organization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence with confidence at different levels inside and outside the organisation.Danish is not a requirement, but it would be an advantage.Positive team player with lots of curiosity and a learning mindset.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
