Job Details:Title: Investment Director/ Chief Investment OfficerReport to: CEODepartment: Investment Department Job Objectives:The Investment Director is responsible for directing, managing, and executing the company’s investment activities, including developing long-term investment strategies, managing financial models, working with shareholders and investors, as well as leading the team in M&A transactions and fundraising, to optimize enterprise value and support sustainable growth.Strategy & Financial Modeling: Develop and update financial models, investment scenarios, and growth strategies.Analyze market and industry trends, identify opportunities and risks.Propose capital allocation strategies. Fundraising & Investor RelationsPrepare fundraising documents (investment deck, teaser, IM, financial model, etc.).Lead negotiations with investors, funds, and banks.Manage relationships with shareholders and financial partners.Shareholder & Corporate RelationsOrganize shareholder meetings, prepare periodic reports.Develop investor relations strategy, maintain shareholder trust.Ensure compliance with disclosure and governance regulations.M&A & Investment DevelopmentSource, analyze, and execute M&A deals, joint ventures.Conduct due diligence, company valuation.Develop post-merger integration plans.Management & LeadershipManage the Investment team, train and develop staff.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Business departments.Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to CFO / CEO / Board.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Investment, Economics, or Business Administration; CFA/CPA/MBA preferred.Experience: ≥ 15 years in investment, corporate finance, M&A, or funds.
