We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and coordinate global clinical programs in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in clinical study operations, project management, and stakeholder collaboration across international teams.Global Clinical Program Manager – Clinical Studies & Program Leadership (80%)As Global Clinical Program Manager, you will be a strategic partner in clinical program leadership. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and tracking of clinical development and medical affairs (CDMA) deliverables. Your work will directly support decision-making across leadership, customer areas, and project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a planning expert within Clinical Operations, managing CDMA-related project data to support leadership and team decisions.Apply project management and clinical operations expertise to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of program milestones.Collaborate with other Clinical Program Managers and global project management offices to align on priorities and execution.Champion a patient- and customer-centric mindset across all activities.Foster inclusion and collaboration across regions, cultures, and time zones.Identify opportunities for synergy between Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.Lead core project management activities such as budgeting, risk and change management, and reporting.Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and influence senior stakeholders to adopt innovative approaches.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in clinical program management within clinical studiesProven knowledge and application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)Fluent in English; German is a plusYour applicationPlease apply online.
