We are seeking a “Global Commercial Analytics Manager” for our client, a top service provider renowned for trading and refurbishing used technology, such as cellphones and laptops. This company is dedicated to assisting manufacturers with sustainable practices and plays a significant role in reducing new tech expenses on a global scale.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee pricing for the assigned product lines, including purchasing prices, sales prices, and system prices, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.• Provide comprehensive sales analyses to support management in making informed decisions that drive business growth and efficiency.• Develop and deliver Power BI reports tailored to the needs and goals of various departments, ensuring data-driven insights are accessible across the organization.• Manage regular invoice reconciliation for the Trade-in program, identifying and resolving discrepancies between invoices and actual received goods.• Support the analysis of sourcing opportunities to optimize procurement strategies and reduce costs.• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders at all levels.• Collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate analytics into core business processes, enhancing overall decision-making capabilities.You Have: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a manager role.Proven experience in managing pricing, business global analytics initiatives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the retail or telecommunications industry.Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment.They Have:An experienced, innovative bunch of people – leaders in their field - unparalleled in tech trade-in solutions and remarketingSophisticated partners and investors that give them a financial edge and credibilityA creative and fun environment with great flexibility for the right candidate to make the role their ownOutstanding technology platforms and solutions that are available globally to our customersA disruptive business model that makes them a compelling partner to customers and suppliers alikeA winning attitude based on our ability to deliver and our appetite to do so
