We’re looking for an Global Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Global Corporate Communications team at Fenix Outdoor.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and make an impact in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll work closely with colleagues across our Brand and Retail divisions, helping us strengthen engagement and alignment across our global organization.ABOUT THE ROLEAs part of a small and agile Corporate Communications team, you will support both internal and external corporate communications. Your main focus will be internal communication such as creating engaging content, coordinating key initiatives, and helping to ensure our messages reach and inspire employees across all regions.This is a full-time position based in our Solna (Stockholm) office, starting December 1st, 2025, or upon agreement. You will report directly to the Global Head of Communications.Our office policy allows for one work-from-home day per week; on the remaining days, we work together from the office to encourage collaboration and connection.WHAT YOU WILL DOCreate engaging content for internal channels — including articles, videos, podcasts, and presentations.Support the management and development of internal communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Teams & our Intranet).Help plan and execute communication initiatives across business units, often linked to change management or organizational updates.Maintain and contribute to the internal editorial calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication.Support internal events and campaigns.Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics.Handle ad hoc communication requests, such as drafting internal updates and creating presentation materials.Ensure consistency and quality in English-language copy across all internal content.WHO YOU AREYou’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global setting. You enjoy working with people, have a sharp eye for language and detail, and understand how effective communication can drive engagement and company culture.We believe you bring:A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English (Swedish or German is a plus).Strong ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.); Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across various levels of the organization.An innovative and strategic approach to internal communication.Interest or experience in sustainability communication is an advantage.WHAT WE OFFERAt Fenix Outdoor, you’ll be part of a house of heritage outdoor brands united by a common purpose — enabling life in nature.
