As our Global Director – Supply Chain, you’ll drive and optimise the entire supply chain network from supplier management and production through to sustainability, procurement, and logistics, to deliver high quality, trend driven, and ethically sourced products to customers across the globe.With a production base in China and Vietnam and a rapidly expanding presence in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia, this role is pivotal to ensuring speed to market, consistent quality, and scalable growth, all while driving impact across profitability, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with Princess Polly’s commercial and sustainability goalsBuild and mentor high-performing, cross-regional teams that drive accountability and innovationManage supplier relationships across Asia and new sourcing markets, ensuring quality, speed, and ethical complianceIdentify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation to strengthen end-to-end visibilityEmbed responsible sourcing and lower-impact materials into every step of our supply chainOversee air and sea freight strategies, customs, and last-mile delivery, balancing cost with speed to marketManage tariff engineering, duty optimization, and trade compliance to protect margins and uphold ethical standardsPartner with Buying, Planning, Finance, DC Operations, and Sustainability teams to drive data-led decisions and agile responses to market demandWhat Success Looks LikeProduction lead times improvedSupplier performance metrics consistently above 90%Freight and tariff strategies driving measurable cost efficiencies Growing percentage of products using lower-impact materialsOn-time delivery rates exceeding 95%Expansion into non-China production regions to diversify and strengthen global capabilityWhat You’ll Need8+ years’ experience in global supply chain leadership, ideally in fashion, apparel, or consumer goodsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldProven success managing supply chains across Asia (China, Vietnam) and new sourcing regionsExpertise in logistics, tariff engineering, and international trade complianceStrong commercial acumen with experience balancing cost, quality, and speed to marketTrack record in sustainable procurement and ethical sourcing practicesExceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing global teamsProficiency in ERP or supply chain systems and data-driven decision-makingLead the transformation, as we redefine what’s possible in global supply chain performance.
