You will be responsible for both the enterprise application landscape (architecture, lifecycle, roadmap, integration) and the development and execution of the business-IT roadmap.You will lead and manage the Global Enterprise Solutions team (ERP, BI) — consisting of 5 FTEs (3 NL, 2 ES) — and collaborate with external partners. You will develop and execute a multi-year business IT roadmap, integrating end-to-end processes, stakeholder needs, and technological and data advancements.You are a technology enthusiast with a pragmatic mindset, focused on delivering solutions that create real value for the organization — faster, smarter, and more sustainable.Key Responsibilities🚀 Strategic & Change LeadershipDevelop a forward-looking business IT roadmap, including digital transformation and process optimizationChair the Business-IT Roadmap Committee (Directors, Heads of Function)Drive digitalization by enabling business value through smart use of data and technologyAct as a strategic advisor to the business, translating goals into IT solutionsProvide guidance on technological innovations and their impact on business processesLead change management initiatives within SAP and other enterprise applications🛠️ Application & Program ManagementOwn Stahl’s enterprise application landscape (SAP and non-SAP): architecture, lifecycle, integration, and roadmapLead and manage the Global Enterprise Solutions team and coordinate with external IT partnersManage planning, budgeting, and execution of enterprise IT initiativesOversee programs and projects within Global IT, including large-scale ERP transitions and M&A integrationsReport on roadmap progress and maintain financial controlSupport integration of acquisitions and act as escalation point for incidents🤝 Stakeholder Engagement & GovernanceBuild strong relationships across technology, process, and business domainsEngage with stakeholders at all levels — from operational teams to C-level executivesEstablish governance frameworks and reporting structures for senior leadershipProfile✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5–10 years of experience in a similar role✅ Proven experience in SAP ERP (S/4HANA transition experience is a strong advantage)✅ Conceptual and consulting mindset with experience in large-scale change and program management✅ Ability to translate organizational needs into digital solutions, balancing short- and long-term priorities✅ Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels✅ Team player with a positive and “can-do” mentality✅ Fluent in English; Dutch is a plusWhat Stahl Offers✨ A dynamic international work environment with a friendly and supportive culture✨ The chance to work in a fast-growing medium-sized company with flat hierarchies and a great team✨ Salary up to €153,500 annually including 8% Holiday allowance and 13th month + 10-20% non-sales bonus ✨ 29 vacation days per year + option to buy 8 more (full-time)✨ Company car✨ Good pension scheme: partially non-contributory✨ Opportunities for personal development and professional growth: including € 750,- personal sustainable employability budget✨ Direct employment by Stahl with a permanent contract✨ Hybrid working possibilities NOTE: Location for this position can be in Waalwijk (The Netherlands) or in Barcelona (Spain)About the collaboration with RIXT® RecruitmentRIXT® Recruitment exclusively manages the recruitment and selection process for this position.
