Consider expanding your capabilities with the BSC and become an integral part of a continuously growing and dynamic team that delivers sustainable value for Bruker entities across the world.Please visit www.bruker.comBruker has a new opportunity for a Global eProcurement Adminstrator (m/f/d) for our BioSpin Division based in our Warsaw office.Responsibilities:Administrative support for the eProcurement solutionProviding support via phone, email, or chatLicense management for relevant licenses and rolesCreating tickets for technical issues, both to the provider and internal SAP departmentGlobal communication with users and key usersIdentifying and implementing improvement needs (including technological changes)Global implementation and rollout of the eProcurement solution across other company divisions worldwideEstimating implementation effortCollaboration with strategic procurement for further development of the eProcurement platformPreparation of management reportsEnsuring compliance and process efficiencyMaintenance and management of the global eProcurement website, in terms of content and technical aspectsAnalysis of eProcurement activitiesStrategic development and optimization of the eProcurement system Qualifications:Service-oriented, patient, and friendly demeanor2–3 years of professional experience in (operational) procurementExcellent English skills (C1 level, written and spoken), any additional language is a plus (e.g., German)Experience in administering eProcurement solutions, especially Onventis, is an advantageProfessional communication abilities and strong soft skillsTechnical affinity and experience in customer support are an advantageIndependent time management and structured working styleAbility to prioritize and organize tasks independentlyStrong (intercultural) communication skills and IT affinitySolid overall understanding of procurement processesAdvanced SharePoint knowledge required (site development and customization)Power Automate expertise needed for designing and implementing automation workflows Soft Skills:Analytical competence and flexibilityResilience and ability to handle pressureGood communication skills and solution-oriented approachOrganizational talent and proactivityQuick comprehension and ability to work independently Bruker BSC offers a comprehensive and competitive salary and benefits package, work in an international and dynamic environment, stable and long-term cooperation and the office in the heart of Warsaw.Bruker is an equal opportunity employer.
