Job Description

Role OverviewLead the international expansion of the brand across key markets like the US, UK, and the Middle East. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy for entering, scaling, and optimising performance across global e-commerce channels — primarily TikTok Shop, Amazon, and D2C.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute global market entry strategies for TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other marketplaces.Oversee international pricing, logistics, compliance, and localization strategy.Partner with creators and agencies abroad to scale influencer-driven performance campaigns on TikTok.Build and manage international storefronts (Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and TikTok Shop backend).Lead cross-border supply chain operations in collaboration with logistics and finance teams.Optimise CAC:LTV ratios and ROAS for each market using data-driven insights.Identify partnerships with local distributors and retail chains for offline pilots.Track and report key metrics (GMV, contribution margin, retention, repeat rate, and ad efficiency).Hire and manage a small global operations team.Requirements3+ years experience in D2C or marketplace operations, with proven results in global expansion.Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and Amazon Seller Central.Strong understanding of logistics, compliance (FDA/FSSAI equivalents), and customs.Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with marketing, ops, and finance.Data fluency — strong command of performance dashboards, attribution tools, and P&L analysis.Prior experience scaling a nutrition, beauty, or FMCG brand internationally is a strong plus.Ideal ProfileWorked at or with fast-scaling D2C brands.Deep understanding of US & Middle East consumer trends.Growth mindset, execution speed, and ability to operate autonomously.Location: BengaluruReporting to: FounderSalary: Commensurate with Experience
